I received the new spring and installed it today ( and fine ya gotta take the primary off ) if the derby opening was 1/4 in bigger it would be a 15 min job

Comparing the two by eye no difference but when you look close the new one is much thicker , I'm riding tomorrow so will let you know

Works great no slipping at all , wish there was a chart with all the colors up to date with the spring pressures , but i'm all good now

Default 37871-98A vs 37807-03 on 110 Twin Cam

All:

The 2017 FXDLS comes standard with a 37807-03 clutch spring (pink). What will I notice if I go to a 37871-98A spring on the FXDLS?

37803-03 (175 KgF/ 386 lbs/ft)
37871-98A (145 KgF/ 320 lbs/ft)


Will I notice a lot of slippage with the 110 cc engine? Im trying to reduce the pull at the handle without going to a Muller device.
