Tuning issue

I have a 2013 FLHP , was running a Vance and Hines FP3 tuner entered auto tune for my new Bassani true duels 551 cams SNS Stelth intake and something went wrong in autotune got check engine light , The bike ran like crap after that . I had it dynode with a PCV Dynojet . The bike runs great now except for cold start idle peaks and valleys in first gear feels like I’m trying to get out of second gear have to work the clutch a little bit ,

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. If you had your bike tuned on a dyno, I suggest you contact the tuning shop and get them to make suitable adjustments, to correct that, which they should be able to do pdq.

Did you load the basic FP3 map for your mods prior to doing the auto-tune?
