I have $ 9K worth of parts to buy for my 2019 SGS from dealer. Insurance company paid me directly. Mostly all painted parts from the factory. Original pricing all MSRP. What is a reasonable discount to ask for?

I have spent probably close to 5-6 grand on H-D parts for my '19 SGS from http://www.surdyke.com/
I think their prices are about 20% less then H-D retail pricing and free shipping for orders over $169.
Also, you can find parts that you can't find on the H-D Online store. If you have a part number, they will find it.
They can be a little slow on items that they have to order but if it is a stock item it arrives fairly quickly.
This presumes you will do all the install yourself. If a dealer is involved, they will want to do the odering and you will get socked full retail plus labor.
