Is the Tour-Pak on the '08's bigger than the '07's?

Thought about drilling some drain holes in the bottom and making it a cooler.

Reported by HD the two things larger on 08's is the tank and the hole buying one leaves in your wallet

Our Tour Packs and Saddlebags should come with drain plugs. Hmmm...that gives me an excellent idea. How about icing down left/right bags, filling them with beverages for the next long group ride?
