Is the Tour-Pak on the '08's bigger than the '07's?

Not according to the dimensions provided in the 2008 HD Parts & Accessories catalog.

Thought about drilling some drain holes in the bottom and making it a cooler.

Our Tour Packs and Saddlebags should come with drain plugs. Hmmm...that gives me an excellent idea. How about icing down left/right bags, filling them with beverages for the next long group ride?
