cause nothing that harley does is ever confusing, right? sorry i wasn't clear. just wondering, why go to all that trouble when you could have just bolted on your se muffler slip ons to a non cat headpipe? that's a very expensive route that you took.
I came across the entire system dirt cheap, cheaper than anyone's headpipe, and I got the now discontinued HD pipe with the really nice X crossover. and full size left pipe. i paid 500 bucks for this one, you can't get them anymore, https://houseofharley.com/harley-dav...YaAqK5EALw_wcB
oh yeah. that looks like the set that i came across only in chrome. you got a good deal. i paid $600, but it also included the 2 piece slash cut end caps and the chrome dominion end caps. i removed the db reducer and still running the catalyst in the muffler bodies. very pleased with the sound, and the performance. plus, it won't affect my factory warranty/esp either so i'm okay with that.
I bought the hi flow complete exhaust for my 2012 ultra. Someone had already removed the cats from the mufflers and unwrapped the bafflles. It had an awesome sound but way loud.I got lots of compliments on the sound but too loud for me.
I found on ebay another set of the mufflers only NOS and put them on. those are the mufflers that went with the bike when I traded it in on the 16 RGU.
I still have those modded hi flow mufflers in my attic. The inlets are 2 1/4" I believe. They are black.
