Default Baker drivetrain

I purchased a compensator and manual chain tensioner from Baker for my 13 SG. My question for you guys is, is it normal for Baker to take a month to ship things to you? I made my purchase 07Aug and today is 28Aug. I still haven’t gotten shipping confirmation and there was nothing on the website says the product is back ordered.

Have you tried to contact them? I've not done business with them, but if I had a concern like yours, I try at least emailing them.

I did, as a matter of fact. They told me that it was going to ship last week Wednesday. I am going to call him again today and see what’s going on. I just didn’t know if this was common practice for them.

Just spoke with Baker and they said something about shipping the compensators out in groups of 75. Apparently my order was in the top 15. He told me it’ll go out next week, which was the same thing I heard two weeks ago.

The wait for the Baker comp is well worth it in the end. My 09 Ultra has never been better. I waited for 4 weeks but I ordered it in the off season.

Damn. Well I guess if a month is fast then I will wait a little more patiently. I just assumed that since you spend and arm and half a leg on their products, that you would get them a little faster. I sure do hope it’s worth it though.

Absolutely agree about losing Mark but you know as well as I know why he left.
