It is in the service manual. It is a pain in the *** and tedious, but it may solve the issue you are having. And i understand you replaced the front mounts, but it is possible that the mounts you got aren't of the best quality, any drivetrain misallignment would cause them to wear more prematurely.
They are drag specialty mounts. Only been on about 2 weeks
Your wobble would indicate that your steering neck bearing is not yet tight enough. Loose bearing will also cause a clunk when you hit a bump, harsh ride and low speed wobble. Took me 3 times of tighten, test ride, tighten, test ride...... My goal was to remove the wobble but the harsh ride and clunking went away also. I understand that you say it's already been adjusted but when I did mine 'by the book' the wobble and clunk was still there. Kept tightening it just enough for the wobble to go away.
Check your right floor board insert mounts. Lift on the insert and see if they are still attached to pan. they do crack and separate. Remember those pics!!!!!!!!!
It can be felt in the leg fairing as well! Wish it was that simple
I don't know what the dealers are like over there, but have you had Harley check it out?
Banging is one thing, the wobble is another.. Just ran into a Gold Wing at a hotel in Childress, been there a week waiting on parts due to his wobble. But his lug nuts came off the rear wheel..
Yeah but you know how that **** goes! Just a rattle etc. I wouldnt be worried about a rattle!!

They were just adjusted about 3 weeks ago by a 20yr tech. I checked the fall away and its spot on
Just a thought, fairing mounts. Have to take the outer front fairing off, check brackets for broken parts, also check fairing to fork mounts. I had a bad squeak on my 2012.
