Default Did the HD lithium battery
And damn does that sucker crank the Glide. She fires on the first turn over. Battery is light as a feather and has brass terminals instead of lead. Was always worried about over tightening the terminal bolts on the lead ones. Havent had it long enough to offer a solid long term review, but will update in the future. I had to get the 8 amp battery ($299.99 ouch!) but if it lasts as long as they predict, I will be ahead of the game. 2-3 years tops on the previous AGM ones.

For $300 bucks i could buy 3 Big Cranks that would give me 6 to 12 years of service, if not longer. I hope you get many years of service out if it.

I got one a few months ago..so far so good, glad I made the switch to new tech..the old ones now seem unnecessarily heavy

Touring bikes are almost a half a ton. Is a few pounds going to really matter?

I am all for it, but for the record I got 7 years out of a AGM!
