Blinking signals before starting

hey all... something new today that i have never noticed.... when turning ignition on my signals will blink on off 2 times then bike fires up as usual... key fob went dead on way back from smokys last week and i started with pin code all way back to florida... now this new thing... no codes ..just checked... thanks

Yup! Let us know if the problem persists with a new one. You might also read your owners manual, to see if it tells you about that blinking.

thanks guys... it was the battery.. and i thought it might be...however, i replaced it last week with a 2 year old new one...i always carry a spare... but... guess it was too weak to transmit strong enough... appreciate it... gonna check manual ... learn every day

Mine started blinking I think 4 times, 8 years ago. Should probably replace tssm. I don't have a fob. Was curious if any carved non security people had this happen
