Stock pistons and compression the way I read it.
As Steve explained your cam choice is dependent on compression
you might consider a bolt in cam with comparable specs to the choice used on the graph.
should this prove to be less improvement than desired you could then later change pistons and add compression
even if you had to change cams a second time you would duplicating a minimum of parts cost and saving a ton of labor. ( no top end removal in first iteration )
what is the availability of euro 98 octane fuel in your riding area? 95?

Resist over camming your bike! That is the biggest mistake most people do. Also, your choice of exhaust, can make or brake all youve done.

Or...if you're not in a hurry, keep an eye on this post before deciding. Fuel Moto is doing quite an exhaustive test on most of the popular cams in a stock 103 to give a realty good baseline.
You should contact Fuel Moto they get you going with a good plan. If you want the most out of the build a good dyno rune is the only way to get there. Lose the FP3!
Yes follow Fuel Moto they are right now in the middle of testing a whole bunch of cams and they're going to be posting data in the next few days on straight bolt in cams.
I have the cycle Rama 570's....by bike had 41K on it when I installed them so I pulled the heads an had a valve job an seals done. I put the .030 head gasket on when I put it back together to get a little bump. I got a tuner from Fuel Moto an they sent me a base tune to start with that works pretty well. Gonna get a real dyno tune before next riding season. Hillside is also on here an they build some nice motors an combo's too. Also twist the wrist some...that bike bike roar.
