Default Will the parts (seat back, rack, ...) fit on new docking kit

Will the parts (seat back, rack, ...) that fitted on 2010 docking kit still fit on 2019 docking kit ?

What bike are you talking about here ? I sold my passenger back rest , rack to a guy with a 18 SG and it fit no issue , not sure about 19's . I put it on for him . Hope this helps .

Yes, the basic parts should bolt right up. Wiring will likely be different, if anything you're asking about has such stuff.

According to HD's website, the detachable accessories will fit 2009 to 2020 Touring models equipped with the four point docking hardware.

These are correct. 2009-current touring bikes use the same docking hardware. A luggage rack I have for my bike (2014) has been used by friends on a 2011 and 2017.
