2019 Ultra Headlight

I noticed today after finishing a ride that the headlight inside looks hazy, like it has a film on it. Never noticed before or never paid attention. Are these sealed?

I noticed today the film, haze, fog or whatever it was is gone. This tells me the headlight isn't sealed. Is this an issue?

Is it a halogen H-4 bulb? If it is, you can remove the headlight assembly, remove the bulb, put some 90% alcohol in and swish it around. The drain it. That will help for a while. The H-4 units are not sealed.
