Default Muffler install problem
Hoping i can get some help.Removed SE street cannon muffler just the right side.Trying to get the muffler back on and i cant slip it over head pipe.Clamp is loose and as far back as it can go.Been fighting with this for 2 hours put a bit of anti seize on the inside of muffler to help slide on no go.Any ideas?Thanks in advance

Wrap some fine emery cloth around the outside of the tip of the header pipe and clean it up, then do the inside of the muffler. Then lube and reinstall. If it still gives you trouble but has started to go on, a rubber mallet or a piece of wood and a hammer will persuade it to cooperate

I had a set on V&H that were like that. If it came off, it will go back on. Stay on it!

Wd-40 spray on paper towel wipe on both surfaces slide muffler on.

Muffler end is out of round. I bought a pipe expander from Harbor Freight to get it back to round..
