Yeah 20K if cared for properly is not much,I put 200,000 miles on my last bike (2000 FLHTC) and currently have 20,000 on my "new" bike a 2019 FLHT nought new in Sept. '19.

My 2020 CVO Road Glide has 109,000 miles and stock internals. I'm a firm believer that keeping these bikes moving is the key to longevity. I'd be suspect of an old bike with low miles.

I expect to be able to get a lot more mileage on my 2014 Switchback. I once asked my Dad how often a car needed a ring and valve job when he was young.
