Yep, what SLOrider says for adjusting the lamps. You can try a muscle them first, but be careful not to break them. As far as shocks go, I run 33-35 psi all the time. I am 350ish, and the wife is no super model. I would suggest putting in 30 psi, and letting a little out a bit at a time, to find your sweet spot, sort of speak. I use a bike pump and tire gauge. Works okay, but if you can get the harley pump, it would be worth it. It has a no air loss valve, preventing air from escaping when you remove the pump, also has a gauge built in, so you know the psi is right on. With a tire gauge, just checking the pressure can lower the psi by 5 psi or more, so keep that in mind.
