Is anyone running the Avon Gangster WWW tires? I have only seen pictures of them,my 2ndquestion is this. Is the white wall wider than the stock Road King Classic factory tires white wall? In pictures it appears to be. Last, Are they any good? Thanks

I friend has the avons on is 06 SG. the white wall takes up the entire side of the tire. True old school.

i saw them on a bobber the other day. what i dont like about them is all the raised writing on the white sidewalls.

your right! The word AVON is like 2" in hieght and 4" long, then you have the small writing of the tire info.

I'm thinking of putting these on my SG. My rear tire is going to need to be replaced shortly. I like the look of the WWW on my SG I know opinions differ, but only mine counts regaring my bike.

What is the general thought of mixing tires? My front is still in pretty good shape for at least another riding season and I really don't want to stick with the Dunlop D402s.
