Laughlin is kinda sorta on. You can ride over and do your gambling thing but don't count on much in the way of vendors, activities etc.
Negotiations are supposed to be going on with a new promoter that will only be involved with the vendor stuff.
Hotels will be doing all of their own food and drink sales and supplying the entertainment, bands etc.
Hopefully all the price gouging for the out of town visitors is over. I live in Bullhead City, 4 miles from the Laughlin bridge and always look forward to the end of April when the whole area is rumbling from the sound of bikes.
Unless there is a major participation change on behalf of the bike manufacturers, like Harley for one, Laughlin is dead, at least for me. My brother and I road over this past year, we live in Las Vegas, and wanted to do some demos. Only Indian was there. Harley didn't show, nor did any other manufacturers. In years past we'd go down early the first day and ride a bunch of new bikes, it was a lot of fun because they're essentially self guided demos, but this past year was a total waste of time.
