As with any aftermarket, accessory part.... you will not be able to tell the quality by a picture...
The two big factors that will decide whether or not it's a good part are; fit- will it fit your application and finish- how good is the chrome? There are various levels of chrome plating... some will look great for years with minimal maintenance... others will start to rust, look poorly in short order..
The fit question will be answered right away, the finish question may take months/years to be answered....
If you don't know someone you trust who has used that particular manufacturer for accessory parts before, it can be a crap shoot...
You just need to know going in, you may be wasting some money...
