Hi all new to the forum.
I have a 2017 CVO 117cube Ultra. Living in sunny Australia.
Love the bike but it is dead quiet. Need some noise
I want to put some slip ons to bring it to life.
I have been told the Reinharts are pretty good.
Not sue about 4" or 4.5"
Do I need a tuner if I put them on?
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Cheers, Norm
I ran rinehart motocross 45 slip-ons on my 2017 stock cvo limited for couple of years, they sounded great. They sound amazing now with the 131 upgrade I did with the new headers. With just slip-ons, I didnt get a tuner and the bike ran great.

Rinehart 4.5 with V&H header pipes and PowerVision tune is LOUD on my Stage 3. Highly recommend if you're looking for that burbly Harley sound.

So, as someone who just did this the past few weeks, let me give you my personal experience.
I put on V&H Daytona 400 slip ons, two weeks ago. The sound was, different, but not necessarily louder. More throaty, I would say. You will likely get limited sound out of it with JUST the slip ons.
Yesterday, I put a high flow air cleaner, and a Powervision tuner, that was programmed for both my slip ons and the air cleaner, and MAN what a difference. The bike actually sounds like a harley now. I am not sure how that works, maybe it a better fuel ratio, maybe it just opens everything up more, but it sounds NICE.
Put the slip ons on, you will be fine. I suggest saving up for a good air cleaner, and a quality tuner, to get the most out of it though. Power AND sound.
Also , keep in mind that your header has a built in " Cat " . If you ever decide to change the headers you'll notice whatever slip ons you put on will be a little louder , and it will reduce the amount of heat you'll feel when out riding .
