Default 2019 Road King Special Handlebars

I can't seem to find the right search term. What are the height of the bars that come on the bike? I thought it was on Harley's website at one point, but can't seem to locate it. I know they classified them as mini-apes. I thought at the time of purchase it was 12", but they don't seem that high, guessing 9". With that, brake and clutch cables seem tight already. I was thinking you could go up to 12" without new cables, is this correct? I'm probably wanting 14" or 16", so guessing I'll need cables either way. Those things just double the cost so want to make sure I have everything correct.

10" bars on the RKS, ( this is from my dealer) I think you can go 12" risers with no issues.I have read guys do go as high as high as 14" but they are cutting zip ties, and re routing cables.

Lying bastard, I just measured mine, and they sure do look like 9" to me.

I really like the looks of the Fused Handlebar which lists the rise as 13.2". Harley says everything needs replaced. Even the 12 in mini fat apes show to get new wires for everything. I'm sure there are cheaper or better looking aftermarket stuff, but length of cables shouldn't change. I don't want to spend 200+ just to find out I need to spend another 200 and could have gotten 14" or 16" bars.
