stock street glide tri bar light, is there a bulb?

Default stock street glide tri bar light, is there a bulb?
the one i have don't seem to be working. is there a bulb that is replaceable or does the entire unit have to be replaced?

No bulb. It is a sealed unit they do sell replacement units that act as a brake light too. Check the wire connection first. Go up on the left side of the fender till you find where it connects. Was it working? Then just stopped?

the bike was purchased and the light was not working. i will inspect the connection point and see if there is any corrosion. if not i will test it and if i see power i will assume the light is dead and just do the upgrade to led.

It's a sealed unit. Pry it open, go to the local auto parts store and buy a strip of red LEDs and seal it back up.

Custom Dynamics is now selling an LED replacement unit too.

I got the module to make it a run/brake light. Do yourself a favor and make that change.

I got one taken apart, it's a 4 LED strip. I can seal it back up if you want to buy it. It came off of a '14 SGS.

I have a 2012 street glide, my tri bar light was not working, I unplugged it, removed the unit and noticed that there was NO led in it, is that normal??

Yes it is, for a Canadian model. I'm going to install a Custom Dynamics LED replacement to make it functional.

+1 on this. I also got the custom dynamics run/brake module for the tri bar as well and glad I did!
