Both are great. I would go with the larger engine. I have the RK Classic. The new RK's only come with hard saddle bags and bigger engines.

I test drove everything when I was buying. Could tell a definite difference between the 103 and 107. I could tell a difference between the 107 and 114. Back then I didnt think I needed the extra power as both were a huge Jump from my 88. I now have a 131. 😂. When in doubt buy bigger.

I'm not 100% positive but, I believe there are some restrictions on who exactly is allowed to purchase a Road King Special. Around here the dealers only sell them to guys who wear plaid flannel shirts, flat billed baseball caps, their girlfriend's jeans with white embroidery on the pockets and have a soul patch on their chins.
