Please tell me these bastards are seasonal and only come out once a decade.


Took over an hour to clean off and still left some on.

That’s where they were hitting my legs and splattering on the side of the engine.

drape a wet cloth over them and let it sit before trying to clean, plus you must be new to them, every year, especially when a storm sends them my way. See no use for them on this earth except to annoy us, and they taste nasty.

We were in Fl. last year this time. , with a rental car. Had to scrape them off the windshield.

They show up May and October. I use peroxide to spray them down. Makes them fizzle then wipe off with a wet cloth.

Here's a pic of my dresser from last spring.

We moved here last July, but didn’t get my bike down here until Sept or Oct. Is this the worst time? When do they come and go? I’ve heard they produce some type of acid and can eat paint if you don’t get them off quick.
