If that is an internal engine sound it is very likely a roller lifter failing. Do not run drive the bike in this state as this can cause catastrophic engine failure if the lifter comes apart.
i havent got to it yet, was going to do it yesterday and my wifes car broke. so im currently messing with that. everything is just breaking right now, lol. but since ive had a few people tell me its probably the lifters im going to change those out first.
i was finally able to get to the bike, just got it back together and ran the bike after putting new lifters in the rear and new quickie push rods from J&P cycles. i wasnt able to take it out for a ride but i let it get to temp in the garage and there is no more squeal, hopefully i can take it out later this week and actually put miles on it.

ok, i was wrong. the noise is back so ill be removing the tank and rocker covers once i get a chance. i did notice the noise starts as soon as the oil pressure starts to decrease when the bike gets warm.
finally got a chance to tear into the bike and i cant see anything visually wrong in the rocker cover, im kind of stumped. i took the upper cover off and the rocker arms.
Sorry this may sound stupid , only trying to help with ideas . Once you get the bike back together , if the " squeal is still there , take a length of hose , maybe 2 or 3 ft long and use it as a stethoscope , plug your other ear . You may be able to pin point where it's coming from . I still think this sound is a vacuum leak ( strong suction ) . Have you checked your intake seals or injector seals ?
Another thing that comes to my mind , would be to completely remove the air cleaner ( not just air filter , the entire unit ) , including the breather hoses and run the bike . Just to rule out the air cleaner and its components .
Pull the air filter and start the bike. If no noise, the dielectric grease the seal of the air filter to i's mating surface, as well as any areas that you have metal or plastic against metal for the air filter and it's cover (even bolts to channels) that are going to be vibrate scrapping from the motor vibration. Also, don't forget the cleaner housing to engine bracket as well.
If you don't have any dielectric grease, then just use some motor oil, since the PCV system is going to end up with oil on the same parts over time instead.
Also, if you have not changed the intake seals in a few years, now is the time for the same reason, and don't forget to dielectric grease the seals as well. Hence as the intake seal start to dry out, it makes the vibration worse on the intake, since the only thing holding it in place is back at the air filter back bracket to the head's stand off.
