Should I exchange these?

regardless of the 12'' vs 13'', the one factor that everyone seems to be missing is the 'heavy duty' springs. i say exchange them, for 13'' standard duty. with the hd springs, it is going to be a harsh ride, imo.

If you actually ride your bike youll appreciate the extra ground clearance that the extra inch gives. Not to mention what woman doesnt secretly want that extra inch??? LOL...13's all day but since your swapping why not go to a lighter spring like suggested too?

Yesterday I had the notion to ride out to Eastern Performance in Maryland. They were not letting anyone in their shop or show room. Would answer the phone. I think I made an ill informed decision....
2017 Street Glide. 511 and 235 pounds. Passenger 160 pounds. She is on more than 60% of the time. 400 pounds maybe 425 with stuff in bags,
I ordered new Legend Revo A 12 shocks. Heavy duty. Guy on the phone recommended. I thought I could get in there and they would install them. No luck. Will ship to my house instead.
Started researching installation and all I see is 13 shock recommendations for Street Glide. Heavy duty only necessary above 500 pounds. I called Eastern and they will exchange them if I dont open them.
what would you all do?

Thank you everyone for your replies. I called Eastern Performance Cycles yesterday. They were extremely helpful. As soon as shipment arrives they said to give them a call and arrange for an exchange. I will get the 13" standard shocks. Plenty of Youtube videos covering mounting and Sag adjustments. Thank you all!
