BrewGod, you're not getting the rotors replace. You simply need them swapped from side to side on the rim, using the same rotors that came with the bike. Check the labeling before you have the dealer try this though since it may have been done at the factory already.
My 07 had the rotors swapped at the factory. It still squeals like a stuck pig.
I have heard the Lyndall pads as mentioned above will stop the squeeking. I may be trying them. I know warranty won't pay for pads but I believe it will pay the labor for changing them out.
Since you have the cast wheels, the sound might be becasue of the cast prduction leaving a void in the wheel. I have the same issue. Tech at HD put silicon/foam inside the void, and have had no issues since. I went ahead with the rotor swap, anyways, and it reduced the drag sound, as well. Worth it to check it out. IMO

Wouldn't a void in the wheel be something internal? How would you fill it?
To be honest, I have no clue. All I was told was that they filled the void with some type of foam/silicon. All I do know, is that the squeal went away. A year later I swapped the rotors, but the noise wasn't there, I just did it to see if it would help with the dragging noise, which it did.
My 03 RK \\;were noisey from day one \\;when I bought it at 7800 miles last fall.
This summer at 8400 miles I installed Lyndall brake pads on both sides. \\; The noise went away.
I'm now well over 10,000 miles and it's all still quiet.

SO....I'd say it was $105.00 and 45 minutes labor well spent.
