GPS can't find location

GPS can't find location
Nav can't find location. Is there a reboot or something I can try before going back to dealer? I have updated the software in the radio, which is a boom 6.5 in a 16 RGS. THANKS

Not all locations are in the maps. But almost all services use the same maps. Try map quest or google maps and see if it comes up on your phone also check the spelling. And welcome to the forums.

After 2 different head units and 3 different antennas, I gave up and traded my 14 for a 19 with the new GTS. So far it knows where I am. My 14 rarely did.
