I recently traded my 2018 FXFBS for a 2020 FLHT and I must say the big ugly LED headlight on that Fat Bob had me spoiled. The stock halogen on my new bike absolutely sucks.
On past bikes I have ran drop in LED bulbs in the stock bucket, used Amazon cheap LED headlights and ran a nice set of Clearwater driving lights in an attempt to light the road.
I like the clean uncluttered look of my bike and do not really want to install an auxiliary light kit. Looking for the best single headlight possible, currently considering the JW Speaker 8790 adaptive 2. Don't mind spending the $ on a quality product but if there is a more affordable option I am all for it.
Any advice and or shared experiences is much appreciated.
One of the guys I ride with has a Daymaker , we did a night trip once and I let him lead the way , enough said .. I would have one too , if I could .. $$$
I have a daymaker on my softail, great light but expensive. I have a sunpie on my street glide, great light and cheap. My .2 cents, buy what ever you can afford, they are all pretty good lights and you cant hardly go wrong with any of them.
