I don't want to get too off-topic here but what is in you exhaust? Are those to provide more back pressure? And how are they so clean? Haha I'm assuming the photo was when it was new.
Those are Zombie Rings from TAB Performance for my 4.5" BAM mufflers. They have a built in torque cone and as the Zombie baffles are pretty much straight tubes and I felt like I lost some low end when I installed the mufflers and this blocks part of the hole and provide back pressure that was lost with the straight through baffle. And yes the picture was taken right after I installed them. My buddy wanted to see what they looked like.

I was thinking of getting something similar to those. My true duals and DNT from Bassani are great but I noticed a slight drop in low end torque. I've heard adding something like this can increase this back pressure and help with that.dis you notice a difference? Did it affect sound?
