My 2013 ultra classic has picked up an odd issue that I don’t quite know how to describe. The issue is when I am pulling out or riding very slow like 10mph. Pulling out it starts to go like normal and then like misses or varies in power. At first I’m like what is my issue I can’t pull out today. I thought it was me but then realized it was the bike. I’m wondering if the clutch is going bad. I’ve never had a clutch go bad so I don’t know how it really acts. At 10mph it just feels like it’s missing or something. Once at speed it runs fine and pulls fine on hills and everything. But I’ve just about dropped the bike because I go to pull out and it just don’t get going like it use to. Any ideas?
is the engine revving up and you're not going anywhere? Like it's slipping?
Or is the engine NOT making any power?
How many miles on the bike?
Do anything to the bike prior to this starting?

It is not revving it is more A very short power loss. 32,000 miles on the bike. Nothing has recently been done to the bike
Sounds to me like you're describing a little lean spot in the tune that's causing it to stutter. I have one in my tune...I should fix it.
It has true duals screaming eagle exhaust and screaming eagle tuner. This was all done back in 2013 though when I got the bike and never had an issue until a week ago
I had a bike that did something similar, i think it was the tune, if i remember correctly, drive through small town at 25, seemed to like surge, like couldn't hold a steady throttle position,
It seems like it has been creeping up on you slowly until you now notice it.
Fuel line and filter good?
Plugs good?
Air filter good?
Injectors clean?
Throttle body clean?
Engine coked up some?
If you open throttle slowly does engine respond? If you blip the throttle does the engine respond with fast rise in revs?
