Cruise control
While riding my back brake pedal went soft the next day while riding it was fine but cruise control won't work

You're right that's what I finally got to that point through videos yesterday I lost pressure in my back brake pedal but then regained it haven't had a problem would that have been caused by the brake switch failing

I'm not an expert but it's happened to me twice ( different bikes ). I'm guessing the guts failed and when you hit the brakes you put more fluid inside the switch causing the pedal fade, then you basically pumped it back up and it held. I had one fail completely and I lost all rear brakes. Switch was letting the brake fluid squirt out. Good thing is, the brake light switch is an easy repair and probably the cheapest part you'll ever replace. Do it fast and you won't even have to bleed the brakes.
