Gents
Just did an oil change should I check the oil level with the dip stick screwed all the way in or just sitting on the hole.Also do you do transmision and primary every 5000 K same as motor or every 2 motor oil change.

Engine oil - check with the dip stick screwed in
Transmission - check with the dip stick resting on the treads (screwed out)
If you changed oil only and not the filter you will need only about 3 quarts for the engine.
I put a couple of boards under the jiffy stand so it is sitting straight up when I change the fluids.
