I use foam grip covers. Not purty but functional because I like a little larger grip.

Grips are very subjective. I ran CoolSAC grips for years. They're a somewhat larger grip with a foam underlay, and a really nice leather outer layer. I was never a fan of wearing gloves, so these worked very well for me. However, they do not work well with all leather gloves. My Gerbing heated leather gloves do not grip well on them which requires a tight grip, which causes fatigue.

I recently switched to the Harley Defiance grips in chrome. They're smaller in diameter and the rubber inserts grip all my leather gloves very well. As such, I now wear gloves all year 'round.

I'd bet the grips that Smitty posted (Harley Get-A-Grip), along with a quality pair of gloves, would do wonders for you.

I ordered some Avon Memory grips last night. They are from Amazon, so I should be able to return if they suck.

I’ve had a lot of grips over these decades of riding.

The best I’ve ever had are a set of leather grips. They have just the right tack. My bare hand sticks to them just enough that I can relax my grip while still holding the throttle on.

with gloves, if the palm has tack (and many don’t, in fact many are actually slippery), the same thing applies. I can hold the throttle with no squeeze.

a throttle lock can also help a lot, letting you let go while keeping the throttle open. There are some other devices too, like cramp buster. And even grips with a heel bump.

Try a company called Cool SAC. They make some comfortable leather hand grips. You can even get them with a Texas Flag on them.

These are the Avons I have. I LOVE these!!! Comfortable with or without gloves and the integrated throttle boss is a HUGE plus.
