Trans primary grinding under load

Here is a video of my new grinding noise on my 15 road glide. It has an aim lock up plate Barnett extra plate kit. I replaced the trans cassette about 4 months ago when I blew second out it was used but it worked great until now. I have replaced the clutch hub and the bearing. Everything looks good no chipped or stripped gears. I must be missing something simple. Thanks for the help

If I could explain it it sounds like a trying to put a car or truck in gear and the clutch is not all the way in.

Are you saying it does that driving along up shifting when you shift? But once engaged, is Ok?

If all the time, pull it all apart and look for damaged needle bearing races. You probably should be able to fill them if you rotate the free spinning gears. Smooth and no side shake.parallel to their rotation.

Thst is such a light sound, like a card in a bicycles spoke, that I’d be suspecting the likes of those weights tapping the internal ribs of that plastic cover.
