Have read that 09-13 is the same. In 08 the hcu and ecu is combined and sold as one part. 09-13 the hcu and ecu can be purchased separately. Do not buy a used one. What issue are you having? Locked/frozen brake pedal/lever?

I have an 08 bagger and at the parts counter a month back, out of curiosity I asked to buy a new ABS module for my bike (don't need it but wanted to know what to order if it failed).
Long story short....the parts guy called his HD contact and that guy quoted the 09-13 part which, as stated above, is 2 separate pieces. It was stated this would work on the 08. You'd just need to buy 2 pieces.
