Looks like your off to the dealer, and have them bleed brake system with their workshop digital tech tool .. You can bleed brake system on a abs bike, (plenty on here regarding this).. But as you broke the line to install new brake line, air has got into the system, and made its way to the abs module, (ie, fault has accured, abs light not going out when riding).. Brakes will work as non abs bike, until air is removed from module..

Did you by chance turn the ignition on while you had the brake line apart? Maybe to check your hand controls during the bar swap?

I was careful not to turn the ignition on till I was all donedone. So no I don't think I touched it while I was swapping out the bars.

Even doing everything the correct way you always run the possibility of getting air trapped in the module. Only way to fix that is a two to the dealer unfortunately.
