My shield comes up to about my nose. I get a little buffeting at the top of my helmet but otherwise it's comfortable and quiet.

 

Ditto on Freedom Shields!!...GREAT.....and they make them in 1" increments so there's always one size that's perfect for everyone. Great customer service. They used to offer a bit of a discount IF you mention this Forum.
