I bought a 2020 ultra near sturgis after my eglide broke down. There was some issue with the front tire where the bars shook any where over 30. They tried balancing the tire with no luck and ended up replacing it. I'm am back home in illinois and i've noticed if i'm easy accelerating or decelerating that the bars jiggle a bit right between 30 and 35, nothing terrifying, just noticeable. It goes away after that speed.
First off, is this normal for this year/model?
Second, since its really only at that speed I can't imagine its a tire out of balance. Steering bearings maybe?
YOU know exactly what "jiggle" means to you. It is not a precise or technical term. Do the bars wander left and right or up and down? Among the dangers of trouble shooting a new bike on the internet is that if you go in for service and say the head bearings are loose, they will not check front wheel bearings, tire irregularities or anything else on the bike that might cause the problem. If it doesn't get any worse, tough it out until you get home and lay in the lap of your local dealer and let them check everything that might contribute to the problem. Are you always in the same gear when it happens, suggesting it could also be engine or drive line induced. What happens if you pull in the clutch while the bars are "jiggling"?

Sorry, i am back home.
Its a slight side to side, i have not tried it without the clutch in.
If it is a brand new bike when you bought it, could be a bad tire. I just had my tire replaced with harley dunlops and front tire had shake at 35-40, pulled to the left when let go of handlebars, and a noticeable shake above 70. Dealer said steering head bearings could be it but since they replaced the tire and the issues happened after that, they ran their tests and it ended up being a bad tire. Issue and steering head bearings never touched adjusted,
