Get some Eagle one tire & wheel cleaner it's one of the very few that will clean tires too. Spray it on the white walls and use a Mr clean power eraser. They will look like new.

yes, it is true...i have been too lazy to go to sears and pick up a damn jack, thus making wheel washing something that isnt very enjoyable nor fast. but still, im ready to go all black tires at this point....though that is still no excuse for being jackless. perhaps ill hit sears tonight....good times on a sat eve.

Westley's Bleachwhite and a little palm sized dish scrub brush. Does a great job, but I do agree. They are a PIA.
