Default Decent Cover?

Anyone buy a decent outdoor cover from fleaBay or elsewhere lately? There are tons of them online but who knows how they are?! I want to cover the Street Glide I am getting soon in my condo garage so while it is protected I want an outdoor cover.

Car Covers Factory, phone # 281-909-5931, super fast service, bought the water proof cover life time warranty, covers my street glide with tour pack, about a C note shipped.

Pick this up last year when I need to leave the bike out over the winter.
It faded a touch from the sun and snow over the winter, but fits in my saddle bags, and covers my 97 RK with windshield no problems.
Hell, its big enough to cover a fully loaded ultra classic, and is thicker material to boot.
Not sure of the warranty on it, but no one covers sun fading to begin with, so it comes down to if it going to tear or rip, and that is not a problem with this cover in the year I have used it. Also as noted, it called heavy, but not so heavy that you can't keep it in your saddle bags to use it away from home, and still have some room left over in the bag.

Scored a 'touring' cover, HD branded off Facebook marketplace last year. Brand new in the box for ~$80. Very nice quality, breathable, and keep the bike clean over the winter.

This one, just not at their price..

My buddy has no garage so he got something like this, Motorcycle Tent Cover. He's lives on the water so add that to the storage concern. He likes being able to ride right up and pull the cover right over. Its going into year three so pretty durable.

Me, I have a garage with a nice soft.line weather proof cover over the 'King.

I used to live on a boat, and parked at the marina parking lot. I had a nice Corvette and a Harley... I learned a lot and went through a few covers...

I've been out of the "cover" loop for awhile, so not sure what's out there anymore...

Since you want to cover a bike that will be in a garage and out of the elements, you don't have to worry about UV, wind, & weather damage....

Being inside a garage your main concern will be to make sure the cover is breathable... If it traps moisture, you might as well have left the bike out in the weather.. Another good-to-have would be a soft lining of some sort, to help protect the paint from swirls & scratches when donning and doffing the cover... and try not cover the bike when it's dirty.. a cover rubbing dirt into the paint is not a good thing...

When I parked my bikes in a garage that they shared with a couple big dogs (picture head shakes with flying dog spit...), and the usual garage dust issues, I used a really soft, quality indoor cover... They were light, very breathable, and easy to wash...

Good luck with your shopping..

My garage is actually a condo garage so it has open doors at each end. My spots are on the back row though, which is off the main entrance row, so it is somewhat protected but still pretty much open so that is why I need a condo that is both indoor and outdoor at the same time, if that makes sense.
