Default Cvo Brembo Caliper Stuck

So I may have messed up my 2008 RK caliper when I took off the old pads, I didn't have any brake cleaner on hand so I didn't clean the caliper when I installed the new pads. When I compressed the old pads and may have introduced dirt into the pistons that now one side are stuck. I called the Stealer and was told there is no rebuild kit, does anyone know if they can be rebuild? Thanks

Thanks Dawg, this is exactly what I need. Is there a good way of taking the caliper off to do the rebuild with removing the fluid in the line? This is my first ABS bike and I heard if you get air I the ABS system your going to have to make a special trip to Harley. Thanks in advance

Thanks MyFavRK, But does anyone know if I plug in the banjo caliper bolt after I remove it will help so the brake fluid doesn't drain out, also if I hang them high so gravity keeps them from draining?
So when I flush it out the line there will be less chance of getting air in the upper brake line? or should I just empty the Master cylinder and remove the banjo bolt and just do a normal vacuum bleed after I'm done rebuilding the caliper? Thanks

When was the system last flushed? Supposed to be every two years. I would rebuild the caliper, flush the entire system and add new fluid and then either get the appropriate tool or have the dealer hook it up.

I flushed it a few day’s ago before the caliper locked up.

Get a hose pinch off tool, that will stop it from draining out. Then bleed normally. Do not use the cheap plastic ones.

As long as you do not turn on the power while there is no fluid in the line, it will bleed like any other brake line.

So after all that time rebuilding the caliper and bleeding the brakes it turns out the piston wasn't stuck. It wasn't till I recently I had the stealer install an ABS bearing and a set of new tires but until nowI didn't notice that the ABS bearing was pressed in too far in. So basically the wheel was not centered causing the rotor to rub on against the inside pads which whichcaused the wheel to almost lock up. So should I get a couple different spacer from my local hardware to correct the offset or should I drive 20 miles back to the Harley and have them fixed the issue?
