Default Tour Pack Adjustment

I have an 07 Ultra. I dunno how to adjust the position of the Tour Pack. The owner's manual says to contact your dealer. Sure. Just to breathe in the air on their lot costs me money. I do know that I can reach the Phillips screw on the rear fender to take the saddle off. Does that mean that the tour pack is all the way to the rear?

Default RE: Tour Pack Adjustment

Not necessarily. Look under your tourpak and you will see 2 dentents. The "U" bracket is nestled into one of them. If the 2nd dentent is inside of the "U" bracket towards the front of the bike, then you have adjustment backwards. If it is behind the bracket then your tourpak is adjusted all the way back and your other alternative is a TP relocator kit. Swapping out the TP is a simple job. Just remove the 5 bolts fastening it to the "U" bracket from inside the TP. Move it back and reinsert the bolts.

Thanx, Jim. I'll take a look and see what I got.
