Missing bolts

I just bought a 2015 Street Glide. I am installing a bracket for the rider backrest. The bolts that hold down the ecm are missing. Can someone tell me what size bolts I need?

The two bolts that hold down the ECM caddy are pn #3634 5/16” - 18 x 1 UNC Torx head self-tapping

Also if it’s like my 2010 the actual ecm isn’t bolted down. It’s held in place by clips in the base bracket.
ones visible at 12 o’clock
