2015 cvo infotainment navigation save feature stopped working. Everything else works. Recent destination works but can't save destinations anymore.

JK..., is it possible you have exceeded the number of saved locations in the system? Perhaps delete an unused one and try again. If not, reboot by disconnecting the battery for a couple minutes.

 

You don’t have to disconnect the battery. You can reset the system from within the radio.

 

Do you have the latest update? If not, it is recommended. There was one that caused this same problem. I can’t remember the number of it.
