Personally I like the one Klokwerks sells, by I/O mounts. Simple, effective, not hideous like the Ram mounts most people use.

After nearly losing my phone using the "RAM" mount, I invested in Quad Lock. Love it! Super secure and no worries about losing my phone. I have the phone case that has the receiver built in but there is a universal mount for any phone case as well. I figure my phone cost a lot of money, I want to make sure it's safe on the bike. These are available as Amazon
here here
as well. Highly recommended. These are as many accessories as anyone could want or need to fit nearly any configuration.

I keep my phone in my pocket, I want it to be with me in case I get separated from the bike in a mishap...
