2016 Road Glide
I have purchased a 2016 road glide that the right hand control switch was not working, I bought the bike and a new switch and jumper wire but I still do not have power to the switch housing, none of the buttons work, the radio, turn signal, the brake light switch. Anyone else had this issue? I have been chasing ground wires and have swapped the ecm and bcm in another bike and it starts with no issues. I don’t see and cuts or damage to the harness and searched the manual trying to find the issue. Thanks for any help.

As far as 'power', you won't see 12 volts there, it is CANBUS. Check continuity through all the harness and connectors with an ohm meter. If that checks out, it can only be the BCM or the switch pack, which is the most likely. It is easy to swap out with another bike if you have one. Pay close attention to where the wires go from the switch, into the bars. They often get pinched (grounded) there, when the switch is mounted to the bars, or rotated too far.
