I like IPA's, but sometimes I won't start a project If I know I will get a little fuc*ed up. We have all done dumb *** stuff at times. I got a Honda four wheeler and one day it wouldn't start. Stared checking for spark and doing a compression check , just couldn't belive it won't start ,after about an hour it turns out to be the kill switch, but that's a poor design. Why wouldn't the kill switch also disable the starter? Oh well all is good. and ride safe!
Bringing my bike home from my Indy today in the trailer. Had my son helping me get it out of the wheel chock after a bunch of trying my son says how be you take it outa gear lol. Sheet happens.
Eh **** happens sometimes. At least the OP is capable and willing to pull the front wheel off. There is a large portion of riders out there that don't even change their own oil or own a bike lift. That reminds me. When the weather breaks I have to help someone put on a pair of shocks..
That's okay, I have a Honda Ruckus I use to run up to the hardware or drug store, last time I rode it the battery hadn't been charged for a while and when I stopped and tried the starter there wasn't enough juice to turn it over, can't push start it either because of the CVT transmission, so I pushed it for a mile and as I was pushing I looked down and remembered it has a kickstarter. DUH!
I went from an 05 Dyna to a 14 street glide, rode all the way to the dealer with the flashers on, different layout on the bars, it was a Saturday, place was packed, got a hard time for that one.
