Welcome to the forum. I have a 13 King with ABS, and I know the 11 - 13 RK standard had a factory security package as optional, which includes both ABS and security. The RK Classic came with ABS and security as standard equipment. At least for the US bikes. I think these options also apply to EU bikes.
That pic looks like your bike did not have the factory installed ABS and security.
ABS bikes have the speed sensor on the front wheel and brake lines running from the master cylinders to the ABS pump and back to the calipers. It's an easy way to spot from a distance. It does not look like that bike came with factory ABS.
