I do not have an 08, so this question is directed to 08 owners or people who have seen 08s. I know the seats are way different than the 07 at least in appearance, but what about comfort. Did Harley finally make a seat that does not need to be replaced? If so, bye bye mustang and corbin.
Huskers11, I have to agree. I have an 07 ultra. Tried mustang seats, lowering the stock seat, gell packs ect. not happy with any of them.. Thinking of going back to stock. Do you still have youra and do you want to sell it?? edge2edge@comcast.net .

Any seat will seem fine for 500 miles unless you do that in a day. My stock SG seat is fine up to about 2 hours then it really starts to wear on me. I now run a danny Gray Long Haul w\gel. 5 hours no problem.
I'll keep that in mind. I've had both Corbin and Mustang seats and I believe the Corbin was the best for me overall. My 06 ultra had a pretty good seat it was also stock.

Hey StrGlide... I just took a look at the Danny Gray site and the seats look nice. Thanks. It's funny but they don't seem to list any seats compatible with an EG Ultra Classic.. Is anyone out there with an Ultra running a Danny Gray?
I sat on my friends new '08 Ultra, seat is definatly different than my '00 with a lot more back and lumbar support.
I'd like to try one on a long ride,I wonder if it would fit my '00? I'd be watching ebay for one if they do.
