Could be the bushings are loose. Tighten those up. Those will make your bars vibrate to hell. Check to make sure rotors are true. These cheap rotors warp all the time. All the time
Make sure rear tire is good to go to. It's in the tire or bushings would be my bet
Just some other things you might want to check........
You might want to open up your fairing and check the fairing brackets for a fracture or break .
Hope you get this figured out , keep us posted .
My 02 EGS faring brackets both broke under 12K miles, so dont neglect to check this. Being new to the bike, and familiar with tools along with the manual (or YouTube), faring removal is easy as is the bracket repair IF this is the case.
OK I'm back. I've replaced and balanced both tires, replaced front motor mount, replaced swing arm stabilizer bushings, installed new baffles in stock mufflers as they was really too loud.
Vibration is better but still excessive, seems I feel it all over the bike. Rear shocks are at 15psi. Have not checked top engine mount, that's next.
Pulling in the clutch does not make any difference. could engine tuning cause a vibration. I know the cams was replaced but don't know what was installed, was done two owners back.
Am I running out of things I can do, does it need to go to a dealer,
Start easy on this and cheap. Let’s try to eliminate the rotors. Lift the bike one wheel at a time or both if you have a secure way to do that with the bike in neutral and spin the wheels and listen.
I had to change an inner tube and damaged a rotor doing that. Rotors can also be warped from heat/wear or to thin. Seems like a good place to start.
Here's the latest,
All exhaust bolts are tight.
Adjusted clutch, it was way too tight. Now it will go into neutral a lot easier.
While I had it on the jack stand, I cranked it and the handle bars was shaking bad, I found that a little throttle and it smoothed right out. After it warmed up no shaking at all at idle. I could throttle up to 3k rpm and no shaking. I put the bike in 1st gear and 2k rpm, had the rear wheel spinning, no vibration. 2nd gear and 2k rpm, no vibration. Raised speed to 40 mph and still no vibration.
I'm thinking that points back to the front end. No I did not change bearings in front wheel. That's where I will be going next.
Is there any way the front forks could cause a vibration, just in case the bearings don't correct it.
Thanks for the replies, I'm really trying to get this thing solved.

Look up Kevin Baxter on YouTube here is his website http://protwin.com/ he is located in Winder, GA.
I have a 2020 Electra Gide that has started vibrating at 65 mph and up around the 17,500 mile. Took it to dealer for the scheduled oil change and mechanic came back and said there is no wobble I agreed it’s vibration. When I hit 20,000 mark taking back for full service and see what happens. My vibration is getting worse at higher speeds. I think I can hear a noise when I swerve from side to side going 40 to 60 mph.
